The 3nd International Yellow River Forum was held during 15 -19 Oct in Dongying, Shandong Province, the Yellow River estuary. More than 1000 participants from more than 20 countries joined this significant event. In the course of Yellow River Forum, there were specific sub forums organized with regard to different topics.

Ms. Ding Yanan, the director of Sino-Italian Project Management (Beijing) Office, Mr. Augusto Pretner, the President of SGI, Mr. Alessandro Bettin, senior project manager of SGI, Ms. Feixia Wang, project manager of DFS, and Mr. Renato Iannelli, professor of Pisa University, presented in Sino-Italian Environmental Protection Forum, as one sub-forum of Yellow River Forum. Department director of MWR, and senior project leaders and engineers from IWHR also presented in this forum as representatives of Chinese partner.

The forum was chaired by Mr. Pretner in the morning of 18 Oct. different on-going projects and potential cooperative projects were presented by Italian and Chinese experts. Discussion was carried out in friendly and technical-oriented atmosphere. The morning session was closed with photo taken with all participants. The afternoon session was the site visit to Yellow River estuary and wetland.

　　第三届国际黄河论坛于2007年10月15日至19日在黄河入海口，山东省东营市召开。来自20多个国家的超过1000多名业内专家参加了此次盛会。中意环保项目办公室主管丁亚南女士，SGI的执行董事Augusto Pretner先生，SGI资深项目经理Alessandro Bettin先生，DFS项目经理王飞霞女士，比萨大学Renato Iannelli教授，作为意方代表参加了2007年10月18日举行的黄河论坛的分论坛“中意环保合作项目论坛”。中方代表有水利部和中国水利水电研究院的相关项目负责人和高级工程师。

　　在SGI的执行董事Augusto Pretner先生的主持下，双方就现阶段进行的南水北调项目、什刹海水体恢复等项目和今后即将开展的合作项目，进行了友好的讨论和磋商。中意环保合作项目论坛的与会者于当天下午对黄河口湿地进行了现场考察。
